The room was clean.
The spa was overcrowded despite timed entry. I guess everyone had the same idea. Finding parking proved difficult as well. The staff seemed unable to provide clear directions.

I found my room very spacious and clean. the bed was super comfortable, awesome for restful sleep. i also appreciated the inclusion of a proper coffee machine. IT made mornings easier.
the public transport options became quite limited after midnight. this made getting around later in the evening more difficult. i walked ten minutes to reach the train station.

The staff were friendly. Communication was easy. they provided attentive service. the front office team showed dedication and care, I felt valued as a guest. breakfast buffet offered many choices.

The location was near the office and well connected. public transport was a short walk away. it made accessing the city centre easy. The neighborhood was also quiet and safe. a train station was only ten minutes away.

the gym have good equipments. the facilities for wellness was amazing. my room was clean and spacious. the staff was helpful with directions to the metro station.
the restaurant felt chaotic, only two waitresses were there. waiting to order food took me more than one hour and breakfast had items running out.
